The watchface has access to following data:

• Heart rate, barometer, temperature, and altitude history
• Your Garmin Connect™ fitness profile
• GPS location

The data is only used locally for the obvious reason - to display it as data inside the watchface or to calculate data based on it and display the result of this calculation on your watchface.

All the data is queried from garmin directly and does not leave your device at any time which technically is not possible anyways because the watchface does not have the permission to access the internet.
